If a recruiter asks you if you’re interviewing with anyone you should be equivocal because if you say yes they will put you at the bottom of the list.
Recruiters put people at the bottom of the list for hire if they say they have other interviews because those potential hires have the greatest chance of flaking out partway through the hiring process or quitting shortly after hire. So when asked, be equivocal. Dodge the question by giving a non-answer, distracting the recruiter with a question of your own or repeat the answer to the previous question.
